Brief
On the occasion of the national “Forindustrie” campaign, of which Renault Trucks is a partner, we created a series of portraits to showcase the women and men who make up the industry.
The film was created in collaboration with the Communication and HR teams at Renault Trucks Blainville. The goal of the films is to go beyond the national campaign and serve both internally and externally, primarily with a focus on recruitment.

Video
We worked on very human portraits to showcase sincere journeys and career paths. The filming approach was close to a documentary, following a typical workday, but with a constant focus on cinematography and a shallow depth of field to immerse ourselves in the subjects’ personal space.
The choice of using a voiceover from unsupervised interviews allowed us to find the right tone and break the apprehension of being filmed during an interview.
Light motion graphics accompany the movement of the films and enhance the overall dynamism.
